Mississippi Pot Roast
Ingredients-
1 (3-4 pounds) chuck roast
1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet Gluten Free brown gravy
1/4 cup dairy free butter
1 jar of pepperoncini peppers with juice
Directions-
Place roast in the crock pot and sprinkle the top with the ranch dressing mix and gravy mix. Dump peppers and juice on top of the mixes, and add the butter.
Cook over low heat for 8 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes and cooked carrots. Enjoy!
