Citrus Cleaning Spray

Most of us grew up with a sink cupboard FULL of tile and tub cleaners filled with toxic chemicals. According to the 2016 Annual Report of the American Association of Poison Control Centers’ National Poison Data System, household cleaning products were the second most frequent cause of human exposure to poisons. They were also the second most common cause of toxin exposure for children under age 5.

Give this DIY a try and clean a healthier way!

Ingredients-

Citrus Peels

Rosemary

Vodka or Vinegar

Mason Jar

Spray Bottle

Directions-

Fill the mason jar 1/2 full with citrus peels

Cover the peels with vodka or vinegar

Put a lid on and shake

Let sit for 4-6 weeks, then strain and pour into a spray bottle.
