Chocolate Butterscotch Granola Bar

Need a quick and easy on the go snack? Make these delicious and nutritious home made granola bars.

Ingredients-

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2/3 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

1/3 cup butterscotch chips

3 Tbsp chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax meal, or any other additions.

Directions.

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well. Press into a parchment lined cookie sheet and set in the freezer for 1 hour.

Cut into bars and keep in the fridge.
