Peanut Butter Protein Bites

These energy bites are no bake, super easy to make and take less than 10 minutes to put together. Loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats to keep you full and loaded with energy throughout the day. Everything gets combined in one bowl. Best of all you never have to turn on the oven.

You can even freeze these oatmeal energy bites if you don’t eat them all within a week.

Ingredients-

2/3 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup old fashioned oats

1/2 cup ground flax seeds

3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

2 scoops protein powder

1/3 cup raisins

1/4 cup Almond Milk (potentially more for texture)

1 tablespoon Vanilla extract

1 tsp salt

Directions-

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

Stir to combine. Texture needs to be about that of cookie dough. Add almond milk if needed to reach the correct consistency.
Roll into bites and store in the fridge for up to a week.
