Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Face it, everyone loves pot pie, and you can make this easy chicken pot pie with 6 ingredients in 30 minutes.  How is this so easy?  The cream of chicken soup.  It melts into a savory, creamy gravy that coats the chicken and veggies for a rich, comforting filling.  This homey pot pie has a fluffy biscuit crust everyone will love!

Ingredients-

2 cans of Gluten Free cream of chicken soup

1 package (12 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, corn, peas)

1 cup cubed cooked chicken 

1 box of Aldi GF Cheddar Biscuit Mix (make in separate bowl according to package directions, I sub egg replacer and DF cheese)

1) Heat the oven to 400°F.  Stir the soup, vegetables and chicken in a 9-inch pie plate or ovenproof skillet.  Season the mixture with salt and pepper.

2) In a separate bowl make biscuit mix according to package directions, scoop and place biscuits on top of chicken mixture.

3) Bake for 20 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.

4) Enjoy!
