Chinese Green Beans

Quick, delicious Chinese Green Beans are a favorite - just like takeout (or if you’re local…Sal’s) green beans but so much better! Bursting with garlic and onion flavor that is so rich and delicious you'll want to lick your plate! 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 2 shallots, diced (about 4 tbsp)

  • 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced or use a garlic press

  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

  • ¼ cup rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon coconut aminos

  • ½ teaspoon dry ginger or 1 cube of frozen prepared ginger

  • Sea Salt (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, toss with green beans.

  2. Let marinate for about half an hour (the longer the better)

  3. Spray your air fryer with nonstick spray

  4. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, shake, then another 3-4 minutes until blistered.

  5. Enjoy!
