Simple Refrigerator Dill Pickles
I LOVE Pickles and with my recent obsession with canning and preserving. This is so simple and these pickles are ridiculously delicious.
Ingredients- (per jar)
1-2 cucumbers (depends on size)
4 TBSP vinegar (white or cider)
1T dill
1T picking spice
2tsp Kosher salt
water
3-4 garlic cloves; chopped
Directions-
Chop your cucumbers however you like them. Put them in a jar.
Add vinegar, spices, salt, and garlic.
Fill remainder of jar with distilled water.
Shake well.
Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before enjoying.
